Structural principle of sludge dryer
The equipment adopts conduction heating method, consisting of two blade shafts that mesh with each other, a W-shaped shell machine base with a sandwich layer, and a transmission part. The entire drying process of sludge is carried out in a closed state, and the organic volatile odor gas and its moisture are sent to the tail gas treatment device through the induced draft device in a closed atmosphere, thereby avoiding environmental pollution. Steam and thermal oil are generally used as heating media. The heating medium is divided into two paths, which enter the interlayer of the dryer shell and the inner cavity of the blade, and simultaneously heat the machine cavity and blade shaft to dry the sludge through conduction heating. After entering the machine cavity, the sludge is flipped and stirred by the rotation of the blades, and the heating interface is continuously updated to fully contact the heated body and blades, thereby causing a large amount of water in the sludge to evaporate. At the same time, the sludge is transported to the discharge device by the rotation of the blade shaft, and finally the dried and evenly distributed sludge is discharged from the discharge port.
